DEGUSTAZIONE
Colore: giallo chiaro con riflessi dorati.
Profumo: questo vino è caratterizzato dal tipico profumo di petali di rosa e chiodi di garofano. Gli aromi floreali sottolineano la tipologia specifica della bassa atesina.
Sapore: è un vino caldo ed aromatico dal corpo polposo.
ABBINAMENTI
Feld Gewurztraminer di Kobler si abbina col pesce o con piatti speziati.
Da servire ad una temperatura consigliata tra 8 e 12 gradi.
CANTINA
Kobler è un’azienda vitivinicola che nasce nel 1958 sulla Strada del Vino, a Bolzano. Dal 2006 Armin e Monika Kobler hanno iniziato a vinificare una parte della loro produzione proveniente da 2 ettari dell’azienda con una produzione di circa 14.000 bottiglie l’anno. Il detto “la qualità si fa in vigna” è preso come una vera filosofia produttiva e per questo vengono dedicate molte ore alla cura delle vigne. Per la difesa delle piante si utilizza la lotta integrata e si osservano con attenzione le previsioni meteorologiche: in questo modo i Kobler sono riusciti negli ultimi anni ad abbassare notevolmente il numero dei trattamenti.
VITIGNO E CURIOSITA’
Feld Gewurztraminer di Kobler è ottenuto da uve di Gewurztraminer raccolte da metà fino a fine settembre che crescono su un terreno sabbioso-argilloso, su detriti dolomitici, sul conoide del rio Favogna, a 214 metri sul livello del mare. Fermenta e matura sulle fecce fini in acciaio, senza fermentazione malolattica e stabilizzazione tartarica.
